1. Discovery
Understand the users' world and the problem, through user interviews, surveys, and data analysis. Gather insights, behaviours, preferences, and pain points and empathise with their needs.

Translate those insights into tangible solutions, through brainstorming, sketching, creating wireframes and prototypes, and crafting user-centred designs that are intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing.
