The restaurant offers the rich and hearty flavours of South America in downtown Dublin. Combining Latin American cuisine and drinks with a touch of Irish influence.
The idea behind this proposal is to showcase South America's iconic routes (like Death Road, Ruta 40, etc.) as a representation of the diverse culinary traditions along the Pan American Highway. We'll use vibrant colours and playful expressions from South America to bring this concept to life.
