Active*Consent is OMFG (Ongoing, Mutual and Freely Given)—a vibrant brand and campaign created to promote positive and confident sexual health among young people in Ireland.
The pause needs to happen between the active and consent before engaging in a sexual act.
The asterisk (*) is the symbol that represents that pause to look for more information. A pause to ask if it’s okay. The whole graphics and language are based on the youth and finding the best way to talk to them in their language (emoji).
